Enjoyed the place, had a wonderful stay on a vacation. The room we were given a free upgrade to was reasonably large and included central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels...

The staff are amiable and welcoming. the location is particularly good, being close to restaurants, bars, shops, and the center. - the hotel is near a restored watchtower, adding to its unique charm.

Unbeatable location within walking distance of Council Square. Variety of options, great food. Really friendly and amiable staff at all times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the town. The location was perfect, right off the main square in a pedestrian area. I loved being able to easily explore the town and visit nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, giving me valuable information about the surrounding areas to visit. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, heating, and even tea and coffee facilities. The room itself was beautifully decorated with attention to detail, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

Stayed in a cozy place that felt like home. Having friendly and caring owners was a massive bonus, giving us excellent recommendations for where to eat and what to do. The spacious room and delicious breakfast made it a delightful stay. Plus, the convenience of laundry services was an added bonus.

The location was not ideal for those who prefer to stay near the train station. , there seemed to be an issue with cable or the TV service as it wasn't available at all times.
